I'm currently wrapping up a UX UI project with Darmax Global, a seasoned recruitment solutions company. We worked on an app that focuses on matching domestic helpers with domestic employers. It's been an amazing experience working with them. We look forward to doing more together later on!
For now, I am open to side projects as well as new opportunities that use data-backed design decisions to make a positive impact on the community.
In the design process, I enjoy usability testing and gathering user feedback to apply tangible user empathy so that I can provide visual solutions that address issues and improve a product for growth.

Background
A quick short story on how I became a
UX UI designer
I'm based in Hong Kong and my background includes education and communication.
I started transitioning to UX UI design in 2020 during the peak of the pandemic. I volunteered to help a friend do customer experience research for a start-up she started from home. She ended up becoming my first UX UI coach.
I started learning on my own and in classes both in person and online. I continue learning for growth today.
Today, I've worn a few different hats as a designer & and communicator, from the end-to-end design process and more. From social media management & and marketing, branding, gathering feature requirements from users, designing content, wireframes both lo-fi and hi-fi, prototyping on Figma, and usability testing as well.
Some personal values I adhere to in work and life is simplicity, clear communication and agile growth.
